At Willow and Hare Stitching, I specialise in creating exquisite textile designs using a blend of traditional stitching techniques. My passion lies in hand Appliqué, Embroidery, English Paper Piecing, Patchwork, and Quilting, crafting pieces that reflect the charm of botanicals and the serene countryside.

This whimsical and folksy pincushion design mimics a hare running on top of a hill, with each side representing a season.
The seasonal designs on each for the four sides are taken from a selection of my collections: ‘Rosehips’, ‘The Holly, The Ivy and The Hare’, ‘In the Meadow’.
I use a mixture of cottons and hand dyed woven wool, and include my favourite past times of hand appliqué, embroidery and English paper piecing.

Through tumbling leaves and grassy meadows full of flowers, the hares run.
This beautiful design was inspired by my love of the countryside, botanicals and the seasons that offer us an ever changing landscape.
This project is whimsical, folksy and primitive in design, and incorporates my love of mixing different fabric types and hand stitching techniques.
I use a mixture of cottons and hand dyed woven wool, and include my favourite past times of hand appliqué, embroidery and English paper piecing.
